As the computer is used to "remember" all the answers that have been entered during the course of an interview, DKapture can check that later replies are consistent with previous ones. If there are any discrepancies, these can be resolved during the interview, while the respondent is still on the telephone.
References can be made to answers to previous questions in order to display the answer(s) to an earlier question. This, for example, enables a question to be created with the text "You said earlier that you have heard of Dell. Has your company ever purchased any equipment from that manufacturer?"
Routing is made easier because the computer can make the necessary decisions quickly and accurately. Complex routing, even in random order, can be achieved where it would be too much of a burden to an interviewer.
When used on networked PC's, a supervisor to increase quality control over the interviewing may view individual screens.
DKapture will handle the appointments. It even freezes the state of the interview so that, when the interview re-starts, it continues from where it left off. This is invaluable on very lengthy questionnaires.

DKapture is designed so that non-computer personnel can input the description of the questionnaire - most other systems expect computer professionals to enter this information into the computer.
Those wishing to set up questionnaires easily understand the DKapture "language".
The interviewer can go backwards and forwards to review/correct previous answers. The answers are preserved, they do not have to be keyed in again.
